Kevin's style of wedding photography will be taylored to the needs of you the customer. "I hope the wedding gallery, and the pictures I have included show my style and approach, and how it can be revised and adjusted to the individual. I have found with many of my recent wedding bookings that customers' wedding decisions are as different and unique to them as choosing a honeymoon. After an initial consultation Kevin will design a wedding photography 'shooting script' that will include key images and a style and approach agreed beforehand. The key images are those pictures that provide the framework for the wedding photography story as it unfolds. Good examples are the bride and groom standing in the church door, looking back at the wedding photographer, the bride and groom walking through an avenue of wedding aprty guests as they throw confetti. Key images are important in that they are a visual reminder of what the day is about. They hold the story of your wedding day together, in much the same way that chapters do in written text.

Wedding Photography Style and approach at Venues in Cornwall

My style and approach will also depend on your wedding venue. If you have chosen a traditional church wedding ceremony and reception, then there will be parameters that my wedding photography will have to adhere to. In between key photography shots I will step back and work in the background, capturing the emotion and tension among the wedding entourage. Weddings at venues such as hotels and country clubs lend themselves to a more relaxed style of wedding photography. The ceremony will be taylored to the individual and the itinerary can vary from one wedding client to the next. My photography will adapt to the environment in which I am working; being flexible and being able to improvise is crucial to my wedding photography.
